Model Train Layout and Lot in Decatur, Wise, Texas

This 4' x 8' track layout is based on Woodland Scenic's Grand Valley Layout. I personally built this entire layout from scratch, it is very well-built, and has plenty of room to make whatever additions you may want to. As you can see, the base terrain and track is completely finished. There is some scenery work done, but it is at the point where you have a lot of flexibility to finish it as you wish. The track system is fully functioning, with a main line and two switch-offs. I have a Bachman EZ power system and matching engines I am willing to include with the layout. No additional work is required for this layout to be used.
I have a large amount of HO-scale model train equipment and scenery materials. I am willing to negotiate a price for all of it, or just part of it, depending on what you would like.
